Verizon details LG V10’s Marshmallow update, rollout should begin shortly

If you’ve got an LG V10 on Verizon and have been anxiously awaiting the update to Android 6.0 Marshmallow, tomorrow is your lucky day. Verizon has updated their support page detailing the update, officially rolling out as build VS99022A. Of course, you can expect all those wonderful features from Android Marshmallow like the new Doze mode, Google Now on Tap, and granular app permissions.

The best part comes with LG’s customizations. Apparently they’ve tweaked Doze mode so you can white list specific apps you still want to receive notifications while dozing. For more about what’s new, check out Verizon’s support page linked down below. The rollout starts tomorrow, March 24th so prepare yourself.
