Yoga has become an outrageously popular activity around the world, especially considering the recent health and fitness craze. A new year brings new health goals and the gyms will undoubtedly be flooded with New Years Resolution-seeking out-of-shapers. The same thing happens in the digital gym otherwise known as Google, so the search giant is making the lives of aspiring Yogis a little bit easier by adding 100+ Yoga poses to the Google Knowledge Graph and Google Now.

There may be Android Apps for Yoga poses that provide a better experience if you’re in it for the long haul, but if all you want is a quick reference guide on a particular pose than simply pop open the Googs and search away.

  • Lotus position
  • Handstand
  • Shavasana
  • Vajrsana

We thought it’d be interesting to pit them against eachother in a quick Google Trends battle to see which really is the most popular:

There you have it, our winner, the ever popular “Handstand”! Now let us enshrine it in Phandroid history with a ceremonial Google Now Yoga Pose embed:
