Following news of Android Wear 1.3’s arrival, Google has confirmed that this update would finally bring WiFi support to the LG G Watch R. The watch was originally set to receive the feature during the last big update, but was left out of the fun for whatever reason.

Every other Android Wear watch will be business as usual, as far as this particular update is concerned. Google has confirmed that all Android Wear watches would be receiving the new goods over the coming weeks. That’s less exciting than getting it RIGHT NOW, but at least you know it’ll make its way to your Android Wear watch in due time. Be sure to read up on what’s coming right here if you haven’t already!
