Moto X Play with 3,630mAh battery now available on Moto Maker, ships August 26th

After the Motorola Moto X Play was officially unveiled last month alongside its brothers — the Motorola Moto X Style and Motorola Moto G 2015 — the Play is now officially available on Moto Maker. Well, in the UK anyway. We already knew the phone wouldn’t be coming to the US, but that doesn’t stop us from wanting it any less.

A little more premium than the Moto G, but not as high-end as the Moto X Style, the Moto X Play features a 5.5-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 615 processor, 2GB of RAM, 21/5MP cameras, an ample 3,630mAh battery and, of course, NFC. The Play offers 2 storage configurations on Moto Maker: the 16GB version for £279, or 32GB for £319.

Moto Maker offers 17 different back colors and 7 accents. Once fully customized to your liking and purchased, the Moto X Play will begin shipping on August 26th. All that’s left is the Moto X Style and while nothing official has been announced quite yet, we’re hearing it could arrive as soon as Sept 3rd, so be on the look out.
