Upcoming Facebook update auto-enhances photo uploads, allows users to fine tune adjustments

Facebook auto-enhance

In an update rolling out to both iOS and Android versions of the Facebook app, the social network is making it easier to tweak photos to your liking. You wont find a robust set of tools as found inside their Instagram app (and nothing near Google+), but Facebook will soon auto-enhance photos using their own special algorithms. This should help clear up some of the ugly you find on your news feed.

What’s more is if you’d like, you can even adjust the intensity of Facebook’s auto-enhancements, making it easy to quickly upload, tweak, and get on with your life outside of the social network. The update is rolling out to the iOS app, and coming soon to the Android version, so be on the lookout.

  1. All these damn updates and yet it’s one hell of a buggy app…… Not to mention you still can’t set the news feed to most recent by default without having to always select it.

    1. I’ll agree to that. Why they changed to awkward setup. Before was much much better what is now. Add option to choose how and what you want to see on your fb wall. Not all ppl want to see on their wall top stories!!!

  2. Too bad I don’t use their crappy app, if only the browser version could have this as well but I know that’s asking too much of them.
