HTC One E8 Sprint

Sprint may not have issued an official press release just yet, but the Now Network is making known their plans to offer the HTC One E8 on their network. The carrier just published a new video to their YouTube account showcasing the upcoming HTC One E8. The video doesn’t reveal much. It’s more of a general product overview showing off the E8’s curves and basic hardware features.

In some ways the HTC One E8 can be described as an “economy version” of the recently launched HTC One M8 flagship, only it ditches the aluminum build and Duo Camera for a plastic unibody design and a camera with a little more MP. For those in need of a refresher, other specs include a 5-inch 1080p display, quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB internal storage, 13MP/5MP cameras, a 2,600mAh battery and of course, HTC’s trademark BoomSound stereo front facing speakers.

Again, while there is no word on pricing or availability, we expect the One E8’s more cost effective build materials will result in an all around lower price tag. We’ll keep you posted.

  1. Looks nice.

  2. Always nice to have options

    1. I feel like this quote is similar to saying, “Oh what a nice baby.” when someone has an ugly baby.

I guess it is always nice to have options… options you’ll never get. LoL!!

  3. The reviews I’ve seen on this hasn’t really shown the quality of the camera. I know the count is higher, but is good enough quality to rival other flagship phones with the same or similar count?

    1. Highly doubt it. I’ve seen what HTC’s higher MP cameras can do and they’re not. good. I’d much rather have the 4MP UltraPixel.

      1. Yea, the 13MP camera reviewed by most sites show that it’s very noisy and takes bad low light photos.

      2. Chris..you have the M8 GPe or Sense? Does the GPe have the software for dual cameras?

        1. I think Chris has the sense version… Not sure. But yeah, the GPE has software for the cameras.

    2. Remember the one X days when the camera was universally praised.

  4. Coming to AT&T?

  5. I’m wondering if signal reception is improved with having a plastic case instead of metal.

  6. It looks thinner than the M8

  7. AND now the video has been removed. Will look forward to the official reveal.

  8. Even the bezel is black, I can still see them…
