After reporting yesterday that the KitKat update for the Verizon Wireless LG G2 was finally ready — but only accessible via LG’s installer for Windows PCs — that same update is now officially available and rolling out over the air. If you haven’t been prompted (and don’t feel like hassling with plugging in/installing extra software), you can now jump into your Settings > About phone > Software update > Check new > to pull the update on your G2 manually.
Having rolled out for all other major US carriers), Verizon’s LG G2 finally joins its brothers and sisters in the winners circle. Aside from bringing all the usual KitKat goodies, you should see some minor improvements to LG’s UI, as well as compatibility with KitKat-only apps like Google’s recently released Google Camera app. Enjoy!

May is 4.4 arrival for the Note 2 and GS3.
But youre on Verizon so it might be more like July.
The Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4 KitKat 4.4.2 update is supposed to push May 2nd. The Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 3 KitKat 4.4.2 update is supposed to push tomorrow. Build vrucnc2. Build date March 13th. Fingers crossed people :-)

You are the fourth person I have seen post a screenshot of this. Finally a little faith that this is coming to all VZW Note 3 users sooner than later!
A quick Google search will tell you how to get this leaked update yourself with a bit of patience.

Be warned that many people are having problems with Google Music on G2 KitKat. It stops frequently with couldn’t play selected track errors. It happens whether streaming on LTE or wifi, or even playing locally cached tracks. No amount of clearing data/uninstalling/reinstalling fixes it.
Use Poweramp, much better than Google music.
Just about any other music app is better than Google music, but none of them can do All Access.
Has anyone else have the battery drain faster since the kit kat update. I use to have my screen set at 70 percent on. 4.2.2 now it’s at 40 percent and the battery drains a lot faster now. So if anyone has any ideas please let me know thanks

So why on other versions of lg g2 kit Kat they have knock code and full screen mode and not on verizon lg g2? ??? That’s what I was really looking forward too. Verizon sucks!!
