Need a nice new Gear 2 to go with that Samsung Galaxy S5 you’ll be getting soon? You’ll be happy to know Amazon is beginning to accept pre-sales for the smart watch line, with devices expected to ship April 11th. Up for grabs are both the Samsung Gear 2 and Samsung Gear 2 Neo, as well as the Samsung Gear Fit.

The former two are nearly the same device, though the Neo axes the camera to keep costs down. The Gear fit, on the other hand, comes with a smaller display at a wider aspect ratio, and is primarily meant for fitness buffs.

Things don’t change much in comparison to the original Galaxy Gear, save for the fact that it now runs Tizen instead of Android. That doesn’t mean much for those of you who weren’t keen on hacking APKs onto the thing, but it should offer the same user experience otherwise.

It’s also worth noting that the Gear 2’s camera is now mounted onto the chassis of the watch itself instead of the band, leaving it open to interchangeable watch bands for those who like changing their style up a bit.

Want to pre-order one? The Gear 2 Neo and Gear Fit both cost $199.99, while the main Gear 2 unit will run you an extra $100. Click those links to get to their respective pages on Amazon to order one if you’re interested, and be sure to check below for a full list of devices they’ll work with.

  1. Only works with galaxy devices, yawn.

  2. Not bad, at 199 I would have bought myself one, but Samsung wasn’t smart enough to make it compatible with other android phones, so they just missed out on my business

  3. There are some nice features on this watch and I have a note 3, but after seeing the moto360, I have to wait and see what that price tag is like. That watch just looks so much nicer.

  4. It only works with the best line of devices on android, the galaxy line.

  5. I’m sure all 200 people that buy one will be super disappointed
