Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini for AT&T pictured with naked home button

The Samsung Galaxy S4 might not be your thing. Maybe it’s a bit too big. Maybe you’re holding out for the smaller but still powerful Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini which is launching on Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, and US Cellular next month. If you’re holding out for the AT&T version… we’re now showing it to you for the first time, courtesy of @evleaks.

galaxy-s4-mini-attLooks pretty nice, doesn’t it? The AT&T logo sits just under the LED flash, but compared to Verizon’s blinged out home button, this thing is practically naked.

Has anyone been holding out on upgrading until the Galaxy S4 Mini arrives state side?

    1. Except this phone beats the s3 in every benchmark.

      1. Probably depending on how a user sets his phone up. Too many factors in play. I wish they would just keep the original S4 specs and stick it in a smaller shell instead of toning it all down and slap an S4 name on it. (Zoom etc. too) I know it’s probably more so it will sell more but c’mon no matter what name you slap on it Samsung products are great (In my opinion)

        1. Ye that would be nice, look at the Sony Z1f. Smaller size AND has the specs of the Z1.

Then again you also have to look at price. In my country the S4 Mini and S4 pricing are very different which is why people go for it. With its specs and the screen resoultion. The S4 Mini does deliver S4 “performance” which is great.

But again as you said, I would have liked a true S4….miniaturised..

  1. why is it that there is no outcry from customers to compel Verizon to get that gaudy logo of theirs OFF THE FRONT OF THE PHONES? Not only does it ruin the aesthetics of the phone but who cares who the carrier is?

    1. I agree. It makes me angry that they would do that. Only thing you can do is vote with your wallet and take your business elsewhere.

    2. I think it’s because they get paid to advertise for Verizon. Right??

  2. I hate that frickin’ hardware home button. My S4 constantly turns on in my pocket KILLING my battery life, and the only way to fix it is to root it. That’s right — I have to root my phone ONLY because of a ridiculous and obvious design flaw.
