While the upcoming Motorola Moto X hasn’t been the most elusive device we’ve been tracking (we’ve spotted the device several times in the wild and in Motorola’s own press invite), this is the first time we’re getting a clear look at the front and back of the X. @Evleaks is the man responsible for the latest leak, publishing the “official” press images on The Unlockr for the world to see.
While these are only 2 variants you’ll likely find at your local carrier store, don’t forget one of the device’s killer features is that you will also be able to “design” the phone yourself via Motorola’s official site. There, you’ll find a plethora of colors and because the phone is assembled in the USofA, shipping times will be remain relatively quick. Tell me guys, what do you think?

I think the wallpaper is the Texas flag, it has the same colors…

Yeah I can’t think of any reason why the colors would be red, white and blue… not like any other flag has those colors…

Gotta go Texas flag on this one. If you look closely at the left edge, the chipped away blue area is white, kind of like where the white star would be on the Texas flag. Everywhere else it’s cracked it’s brown or unpainted. Just my 2 cents.
Maybe but I think it’s more about the U.S. flag colors since they are going to market it as made in the U.S.A.
Look, it may be a nod to the us, but the picture had to be of a Texas flag. American flag red and white stripes are narrow, but they’re quite thick on the Texas flag (only 2). Judging by the knots and the way the wood cracked, those boards aren’t all that small. I’d say we can at least see a foot of red stripe in that pic. That would make this flag a minimum of 13ft tall if it were American, and you’d have to be on a ladder at 8-9 feet to catch the conjunction of red, white, and blue. Or, most likely, it’s a more normal 3-5ft Texas flag, and you take the picture at ground level.

I feel like it should be the Moto neXus.
Well… I’m sure it’ll be on the play store, but I wouldn’t agree that it should be a Nexus. It’s clearly a Motorola device, with themed Motorola stuff. It’s also kind of “low end” imho to be a Nexus phone. The Nexus phones are at least “cutting edge” but not “bleeding edge”.
Uh, the Galaxy Nexus wasn’t exactly cutting edge when it came out. They basically cut back on some of the specifications for “user experience”
