Rovio’s come a long way since they were just a small time developer with big dreams. Now they’re helping make fellow game developer’s dreams come true with the recently launched Rovio Stars publishing unit, and their latest title: Tiny Thief.

Developed by Spanish 5 Ants Games, Tiny Thief features a healthy mix of puzzle solving via hidden object gameplay, taking place in a colorful, medieval setting. Not exactly sure how Tiny Thief will play out (or even pricing/in-app purchases), but after watching the trailer I am excite.

Just when I think I’ve seen it all in mobile gaming, a gem like this smacks me upside the head and reminds me that there is still plenty of untapped talent out there in the world. I’ll be sure to give you guys a hands-on as soon as Tiny Thief hits Google Play, but in the meantime, kick your feet up and watch the undeniably charming trailer.

  3. It’s out now, 2.99 no iap’s and not what I would call a hidden object game by any stretch. Oozes charm, quality and lots of fun.

i dread anything that is paid and still require in-apps. just wanna confirm… sure there’s no in-apps? thanks…

  4. Perfect I was looking for a new game to play on the toilet :)

  5. Tiny Thief is no doubt one of the best-looking games to crop up this year. The artwork does a great job in bringing 5 Ants’ quirky kingdom to life whilst presenting on-screen prompts and objects clearly. AppsGoer’s review is right on time and superb on ideas!!
