We’ve been hearing for a while now that US Cellular would be carrying the LG Optimus F7, and it looks like the company has finally made that a reality. The regional US carrier has concurrently announced and put the device up for sale for anyone who doesn’t want to spend money on something more expensive like the Samsung Galaxy S4.

Coming in at just $100, the LG Optimus F7 features a 4.7-inch 720p HD display, a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, an 8 megapixel rear camera, a 1.3 megapixel front camera, 8GB of internal storage with a microSD card slot for expansion, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi N and more. For software, we’re getting Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and LG’s custom user interface with Q Slide on top of that.

US Cellular customers interested in this one can stop into their local store or head to the online portal here to get started on buying one. Of course, the $100 price point will come tethered with a 2-year contract, so if you want to avoid that you’ll have to shell out $400 to drive home with one. Take a closer look over at US Cellular’s website.
