HTC announces Desire P for Taiwan

1

HTC has officially announced the next member of the Desire family, the Desire P. The budget-focused phone will be available in Taiwan first and features a 4.3-inch display, 1GHz dual-core CPU, 768MB RAM, 4GB of internal storage with microSD expandability, and an 8MP camera. The phone’s Android version is unspecified as well as Sense, but it looks like we can expect at least Android 4.0 with Sense 4 (given the Beats Audio integration).

The phone, which will be available in red and white color options, will retail for around $360 as an exclusive for Chunghwa Telecom. There was no word on the HTC Desire Q, which recently leaked alongside the Desire P.

  1. Desire P doesn’t sound so good if you say it out loud. Haha.

Well except for Bear Grylls. “I Desire P because I’m out of water in the desert.”
