Plants vs Zombies sequel on the way

4

Popcap games has announced that Plants vs Zombies will be getting a sequel. Unfortunately their press release does nothing to give us an idea of what to expect except that we’ll be getting the obvious medley of new graphics, levels, features, and more. They did tell us to expect an early Spring launch for next year, but that was it. We don’t even have an image to whet our appetite with. But know that’s coming, and that you still have plenty of time to get caught up with the first installment from the Google Play Store.

The "Google Phone" sounded too awesome to pass up, so I bought a G1. The rest is history. And yes, I know my name isn't Wilson.

  1. YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. I would play the first one if, you know, my phone was supported. Why couldn’t the Rezound handle this? Only EA/Popcap knows…

    1. That makes no sense. I had it on a Thunderbolt, and I just dug out my TBolt to try it, and it will still download and run just fine from the Amazon Market. If the TBolt handles it with zero problem, there is no reason the Rezound wouldn’t. Are you running a custom ROM? Once in a while, I’ll flash a new one, and the Markets (Google and/or Amazon) think that an app isn’t compatible. It’s a long shot, but every once in a while, running a fix permissions will solve the problem.

  3. I’d love to see a sequel to PvZ! Super fun (and funny) game that hasn’t been beaten to death with seemingly monthly rehashes like some other games I know.
