The Dark Knight Rises for Android now on the Google Play Store for $6.99

tw:itter

We were told the game was coming to the Google Play Store, and GameLoft tends to stay true to its word. The Dark Knight Rises has hit the Google Play Store in conjunction with the national opening of the film in the United States. For $6.99 you’re getting a graphically rich game that does seem to have some substance.

You’ll get to race across Gotham either using Batman’s trademark gliding capabilities, or by using vehicles such as the Batcycle or The Bat, those two vehicles being a motorcycle and an aircraft, respectively.

Couple that with a story tied in with the film (not nearly as fleshed out, of course) and decent combatant gameplay and you’ve got one of the best games that money will probably buy. Head to the Google Play Store to respond to the huge Bat Signal going off everywhere today.

Incompatible with ALL of my devices?!? Which makes me wonder exactly which devices it is made for then?!? I’ve got a N1, GNex, N7 and TF101 among my devices listed and not one of them is listed as being compatible.

They fixed it now. Gnex is fine. Nexus 7 still isn’t =/

Looks like they’ve got it up for the N7 now. I don’t want to download it quite yet though as I’m at work and might not get much done. :P (Although, from the reviews it sounds like I should dl it here since I’ve got faster speeds here.)
