The "Google Phone" sounded too awesome to pass up, so I bought a G1. The rest is history. And yes, I know my name isn't Wilson.

By the way, have you seen the new /r/Android?

  1. Was running the Virgin Mobile port for quite some time. This will still be missing beats junk, however.

DOES NOT fix the janky headphone jack that’s been messed up since launch. That, along with my broken/breaking usb port was enough frustration to get a new phone. It’s a great phone, with the 3D aspect, and all, but it was just poorly handled and executed. ICS helps this phone out immensely.

  2. I still don’t have ICS on my Epic Touch and wasn’t that ota update supposed to be out last week?

  3. I hope HTC don’t take that long to update my One X

  4. it’s about damn time! I hate my evo3d with a passion, I was so much happier with my evo4g! I’m hoping this update makes me hate this phone a little less…

    1. Evo 3d, the phone I wish I never bought. I am lucky enough to have four of them in my family plan. No one is happy with them.

      1. sorry can i knw why you guys dont lik evo 3D

  5. been running the virgin ics ports and while they run well, i still prefer the custom gingerbread roms. with that said, i hope some devs take the official version and do some magic with it.

  8. My Evo 3D isn’t activated anymore. Does anyone know if it’ll still let me update it?

    1. I’m sure the update zip will leak shortly after OTA starts… at which point you can just download it and update it the manual way…copy to root of SD, reboot to bootloader, profit ;)

      1. Will that work if I haven’t unlocked the bootloader nor rooted the phone? I’m trying to avoid that.

        1. Yep, doesn’t require unlocked bootloader or root.

          1. Sweet! Thanks dude!
