iHeartRadio comes to Google TV

1

iHeartRadio has finally made its way to the Google Play Store for Google TV. Up to now, users have had to deal with trying to use the internet radio service through the browser, but as you can imagine it didn’t come without a degree of cumbersome. The app gives you access to all iHeartRadio has to offer, which includes real radio stations and personalized stations based on artists and songs. You can find it on your Google TV device using the Spotlight app. [Google via GTVSource]

  1. It’s still just a web site. Spotlight only lists websites that have been optimized for the 10 foot/Google TV experience. This is not a native app, and still has the same audio problem if you try to listen to actual radio stations instead of created ones.

All the Spotlight link will do is send you to this website: http://www.iheart.com/tv/
