Max Payne for Android delayed for a week or so

I know I’m not the only one who woke up this morning feverishly searching the Google Play Store for Max Payne. Rockstar was slated to release the game today, but users were met with a bunch of guide, wallpapers, and other apps that are related to the series, but weren’t the original game itself. Well, that’s because it’s been delayed.

Rockstar says the wait shouldn’t be too long, however, as they look to have it out in another week or so. Naturally, they didn’t clue us in on what caused the delay, but these sorts of things tend to happen due to last minute critical bugs that surface. Sit tight, folks — you’ll get your service pistol and DEA jacket before too long. [via Twitter]
