Huawei Prism Hit the FCC

5

Huawei’s looking to come to town with another low-end device, it seems, as the Huawei Prism – model number U8651T – has passed the FCC. Its model number seems to position it close to the Huawei Sonic, a device which launched on T-Mobile last year. It had a 3.5 inch display, 512MB of RAM, Android 2.3 and more. We won’t make any assumptions on detailed specs but we don’t expect them to be much different from the Sonic. If you want to check the FCC listing out for yourself, click here. [Thanks Joan!]

The "Google Phone" sounded too awesome to pass up, so I bought a G1. The rest is history. And yes, I know my name isn't Wilson.

  1. Aside from the fact that you once again forgot to give the real source of the article, you even got your facts wrong… The Sonic has 512 MB of ROM (as in like internal storage) and 256 MB of RAM, as far as I know…

    1. Wasn’t the Sonic a hspa+ hotspot dongle though?

  2. I dont really care about Hauwei Prism or Sonic. More than 1 GB ram, Show me the Quad core 4.5 in display and ICS 4.0 and I will think about it.

  3. Next please

  4. I don’t know WTF they are talking about in this article.  The Sonic was a Mobile Hotspot device… not a phone.
