LG Spectrum Now Available at Verizon

Verizon is adding yet another handset to their 4G LTE lineup as the LG Spectrum goes on sale today for $199 on a new two-year contract. The Spectrum features a 4.5-inch display, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, and 8MP camera and ships with Android 2.3.5. An Ice Cream Sandwich update is planned.   2. I don’t plan on buying any phones that dont launch with the most recent Android.

  3. Hope the battery is better than the revolution!  Couldn’t go all day even without surfing the web at all!  Had to get the stupid extended battery which makes the phone HUGE!

  4. Spec wise this player is a contender BUT it’s a LG so it gets no respect… why? LG used to rock in feature phone era… now, not so much

  5. at least LG phones come with an unlockable bootloader which means XDA will get ICS on this before anyother company can!

  6. The lg revolution developer community is not so great, only 1 2.3 Rom!

  7. Just checked it out in the store.  The screen alone almost made me pull the trigger.
