Disney has updated their successful puzzler Where’s My Water? with 20 all new levels. The levels are part of a new “Stretched Thin” campaign that adds a new element to the game in the form of water balloons. Now players not only have to deal with guiding water to Swampy the Alligator, but they must also pop the balloons that stand the way.

In addition to the updated paid version of the application, a free version is also newly available in the Android Market and Amazon Appstore. The game includes 25 exclusive levels and two hidden levels, as well as the ability to unlock five of the more popular levels from the paid version of the game. Disney is working directly with Zappos.com to sponsor the release, and the company’s branding is featured throughout, leading to an unlockable bonus level. Check out the press release below for more details, including info on the “10 days of Swampy” promotion.

  1. omg I think I may actually win this one!~!!

    1. Nice posting everything, huh?

    2. i think you may have won. congrats if you did

    3. You didn’t follow the rules, so I would be surprised if you did…

      1. How did I not follow the rules, my post in the forum as everything that was asked for… and its the first one to do so (2nd overall)

        1. Because you copy and pasted the whole article. The contest clearly said just the sentence before and the sentence after. Based on the rules, the winner should be ‘vithi’

          1. Rules actually doent specify to post JUST the title, preceding sentence and following sentence. It mearly says to post those things which his post does contain since he copy pasted pretty much the whole thing. o_O lol
Grats SuperChunk, it “should” be your win.

          2. Though you’re technically right, it would mean that in the future, anyone can just CTRL+A,C,V as soon as they see the image. That just doesn’t seem right. But in the end, it’s not up to us to decide who wins, right?

If it’s SuperChunk, congrats. If not, then congrats to whomever one (I think it’s ‘vithi’).

          3. While I agree that you’re technically right, I think it’s pretty clear the intent of the instructions and last time something like this happened, they changed it so that people who were potentially using scripts couldn’t win. Hey, as far as I’m concerned, either one of those 2 could be seen as the winner. It will be up to Phandroid to determine whether they think SuperChunk used a script (not saying he did). Personally I don’t think he followed the rules. That’s just my opinion though.

          4. no, the winner is libepego. Last contest like this one a guy name dodos won and he copy the picture (and it said this part isnt important) and he won, so technically the winner like i said is libepego and not vithi ;)

          5. What’s the difference with adding a picture that is not requested in the rules or the entire article? Both are extra content and both make it easier to get the sentences.

        2. The winner was libepego, she fallowed the rules. It was the link the time stamp the first sentence before the picture and the sentence immediately fallowing the picture =). You posted the whole article. Sorry man yo didn’t fallow the rules and they don’t bend for no one ;)

          1. It should be SuperChunk since the post doesnt say just to post those things, but if you were JUST to post those things even libepego loses. He posted the picture aswell which was not asked to be posted. vithi would be the winner. ;)

[edited] not even vithi would win since he posted the author too if you want to be completely technical. ;)

          2. IMO, this is the problem with these type of contests. Too much grey area. However, I’m sure Phandroid will pick a winner based on what they feel is fair.

        3. I wonder if posting the whole article counts… Almost everyone else tried to get just the information they asked for, not just copy+paste the whole article.

I wouldn’t exactly find it fair if you won, but nonetheless, congratulations if you did.

        4. I stand corrected, although your entry clearly isn’t at the heart of what they asked for, you are “technically correct” But you still may not be the winner.

      2. “Visit this thread on AndroidForums.com and let us know the title and timestamp of the post containing the secret image as a reply. Include the sentence immediately preceding the image and the sentence immediately following it in your post on Android Forums.”
technically, c&p the whole article is still valid as the key elements are in there: title, timestamp, *include* the sentence before and after the image. so it’s all included by c&p the whole article.

    4. Here is the rules for posting. ”
Visit this thread on AndroidForums.com and
let us know the title and timestamp of the post containing the secret
image as a reply. Include the sentence immediately preceding the image
and the sentence immediately following it in your post on Android
Forums. The first person to find the secret image is the winner.”
No where does it say anything about extra content. I have the minimum plus a bunch else. .. and I’m sitting at work, with no rss or scripting or anything. Just F5 and quick copy/paste… and of course a little luck.

Plus, I don’t see why its not ‘fair’. It contains everything.

  2. Too bad I have to go to the forums to post.

  3. :O NO WAY!

  4. Found it

  5. This app was the free app of the day for the Amazon App store a few weeks back I believe.

    And Grats to todays winner.

  6. wow, I thought I was quick and apparently everyone else has lightning fingers in the forum. So much for that. Guess I better pray I still win from Friday’s video challenge…

  7. i was with a customer when they posted :(

    1. LOL, Id try to use that excuse. I was bored browsing craigslist for sale ads

      1. I was learning to program for Android ;).

No seriously, I even bought a book.

        1. lol, programming android is fun.

  8. I officially hate my internet provider.  the modem crashed, had to restarted the router, refreshed the site, and there was the post sitting there the last 3 minutes.. GRRRR..

    1. the story of my life.

  9. Congratulations Libepego =D

  10. this is retarded and unfair. most people have scripts and it is apparent when they post the entire article or when they post the title at the exact minute of the post of the article. make a contest fun for everyone. maybe hide an image somewhere in the site but don’t say where and the person to find it wins…

  11. libepego is clearly the winner. Sorry SuperChunk. You didn’t follow the rules.

    1. if you want to be completely technical, neither did libepego. He included the actual image itself which wasn’t asked for aswell as the author of the article. :P

IMHO It wouldn’t be right to say SuperChunk loses because he included additional info beyond what was asked for and reward someone else who did the same, but to a lesser extent, but I’m not the one who gets to make that unfair decision. ;)

      1. but the image is what they are looking for ;). Timestamp, author, sentences the image is between the sentences. Lets not get mistaken its not an unfair decision to say libepego won, actually it is the correct and fair decision. Anyway i guess we’ll see tomorrow who won. Night, and congrats to the winner whoever he or she is

        ps:  (for me is libepego)

        1. The image isn’t what they are looking for tho. We are the ones looking for the picture. It signals to us that we are in the post where we are to find what they did ask for.. They asked for the Title, the timestamp, and the 2 sentences surrounding the picture, but not the picture. :P

In my eyes, if you invalidate one person for posting more then whats asked for, then you should invalidate all who do the same. There shouldn’t be special treatment because one didnt include as as much unasked for info then the other.

    2. Congrats to whoever they announce the winner, but I’m not sure SuperChunk broke the rules.  I see he copy and pasted the entire post.  But I don’t see that as being against the rules.  The rules say to include this and that, but it doesn’t specify that you can’t include anything besides what was requested.  Even libepego included extra (the secret image when he copied both sentences).  The first post that really didn’t include extra stuff was by vithi.

i guess we’ll have to see which of them they pick
      good luck guys

  12. Found it xD 6:36pm 12/20/11

  13. I think I won :)

    1. Congratulations i think you did =)

    2. You did!!!! Congratulations!
