O2 UK to be the Exclusive Carrier of the HTC Rhyme Oct. 17th

2

If any of our UK readers were interested in the HTC Rhyme, listen up – it’s definitely headed to your parts of Europe. Unfortunately, you’ll have to be on a certain carrier in order to get it. O2 UK has announced exclusive availability for the HTC Rhyme and they’ve even given a date to look forward to – October 17th.

If you didn’t catch the announcement yesterday, the HTC Rhyme is a 3.7 inch Android handset with Android 2.3 and HTC Sense 3.5. It’s a phone aimed at women. The colors alone tell us that, but so does HTC’s marketing and that nice charm notification light that you can get with it. Inside is a 1GHz single-core processor.

This probably wont be the phone most of you will want, but if your girlfriend or wife has been clamoring for an HTC phone, be sure to show her this one first. Check out our announcement post from yesterday for more details.

  1. At the risk of losing my man card, I have to say I really like the color. It says a lot about the weight of HTC phones though that they had to shrink it all the way down to 3.7″ to target women.

  2. No price yet?
