In case you missed it, the sign-up page for the Samsung Galaxy S II is now live on AT&T’s website. Keep in mind this is not the pre-order page but merely the page where you can sign-up and get notified on things… like when the pre-orders begin. It’s like the shirt before the shirt — ahhh forget it.

Sprint, on Sept. 16th……….
He’s talking about the AT&T GS2 not Sprint. I’m pretty sure everyone knows about Sprints release date by now.
Yeah and I wonder how many more Sprint customers will be porting out before the 16th.
I already did (ported my Sprint number to Google voice and switched to AT&T). Got the Infuse until the SGS2 comes out (90day exchange policy @ Costco). Felt bad leaving Sprint, but I’d had enough, as 4G is never coming to my town. 10 years of service down the drain.That $350 ETF change was the nail in the coffin.

I believe the 18th is supposed to be the release date for the tmobile version. There is no release date for AT&T yet, if I’m not mistaken.
Where did you get the tmobile release date? The 18th of what month?
I heard one of the Samsung people say that in one of the many youtube videos from that sprint event. I don’t remember which video and I assume the rep didn’t know what he was talking about because everyone only speaks of the Sprint version release date.

The iPhone never temped me to switch to AT&T from Verizon… this phone just might. Especially if Verizon doesn’t manage to pull down some un-corrupted (no blur/bloat) Nexus Prime action.

Atrix was $100+ 90 days ago now you can get it for $29 or less… the first galaxy is now free or a penny… I’ll buy the AT&T S2 90 days after the release unless the offer the $99 pre-order like sprint, but looks like that’s not going to happen…
