Foursquare Updated In The Android Market – New Features and UI Design

0

Social check-in service Foursquare was finally updated in the Android Market bringing it up to speed with its iOS cousin. New in this version are a few redesigns making the app generally easier to navigate and checking-in is now easier and more streamlined. The team also added Specials in the Explore tab making it a hundred times easier search for great local deals. That includes the daily deals, from Foursquare’s recently announced partners like Groupon and LivingSocial.

Overall I’d say the Foursquare team did a great job with updates making the app generally more pleasing to use. I’m going to make it a point to use the app a lot more so feel free to add me if you feel so inclined. Happy check-ins!
