TeamSpeak for Android Beta is Now Available

10

If for some reason you ever need to coordinate a guild mission (without Leroy Jenkins) on the go, the fine folks at TeamSpeak have come to Android with an official client. Compatible with TeamSpeak 3 only, you can voice chat with any group on the go just as you would on the desktop version.

FEATURES:
* Local bookmarks
* Multi-server connectivity
* Push-To-Talk (PTT) and voice activation
* Identity management
* Channel and player information
* Player status notifications

This is a beta, so expect bugs. Be sure to report them at TeamSpeak.com if you do find them. While it’s in beta it’s free for all to use, but the fact that they stressed that could mean this will be a paid app once it’s out of beta. Let’s not worry about that for now, though. Get downloading. [AP]

    1. The iOS app costs $4.99 and the Android description says it is only free during beta.

      I’m guessing it will also be $4.99 when beta is over.

  3. There is a Mumble Android app in the works. it’s in like Alpha and has been for a while. It worked well till Mumble turned to version 1.2.3

  5. Wait, if there’s no Leroy Jenkins, then how will I know when to run in prematurely?

  6. PS this app works great..quite stable from what I was using it for.
