Eric Schmidt: These Lawsuits Are Inspired by Our Success

95

When the lawsuits against Google and its manufacturing partners just seem to keep piling up with no end in sight, leave it to Google’s Erich Schmidt to boil the whole mess down to a few quotable choice words. Patent, intellectual property, and copyright infringement aside claims aside, Schmidt sees all the legal nonsense as little more than a defensive maneuver on the part of companies that can’t keep up with Google’s pace:

“…Our competitors are responding. Because they are not responding with innovation, they’re responding with lawsuits. We have not done anything wrong and these lawsuits are just inspired by our success.”

In case it isn’t clear, Schmidt is levying those words straight at the likes of Apple, Oracle, Microsoft, and others who have recently attempted to turn a cheap profit in the courts off of Android. Those are some bold words, but bold words backed by the very success Schmidt speaks of. We have to agree with his take on the whole thing, the corporate bickering and lawsuit happy lawyers are getting a bit out of hand.

  1. Oracle’s dark secret agenda: Take control of Android platform.

  2. Does Microsoft actually think that if they manage to seriously cripple or even kill Android (although unlikely), they will make me want to buy WP7 phones instead?

If anything I’ll try to avoid ALL their products from now on. Why would I support a patent troll that tries to out-compete through lawsuits?

    1. Nah, they’re just trying to collect a buck off Android’s success… funny side note: M$ sued HTC for patent infringement, and HTC agreed to pay M$ $5 for every phone they sold…

Microsoft currently makes more money off these Android fees than they do off WP7, lol

      1. Agree microsoft doesnt want android to go under. Now apple that is a different story but it would be dumb for microsoft to try and kill android because then they would lose that revenue source and they dont want that since they are making more off of android than on their own phone os.

        1. Well, I think M$ would like nothing more than for Android to fail and come to WP7, but anyone with sense knows that just isn’t going to happen; They showed up to the game in the 7th inning.

I personally wish M$ would drop this “me too” mentality (mobile, and now a leaked laughable attempt at yet another social networking site) and get back to what they really are: a software company. Ballmer already dropped the ball with squandering the Windows Mobile 6 lead pre-iPhone… they need to cut their losses and move on already. They could be making big bucks on selling apps on all platforms that essentially serve as lightweight windows extenders (ideally less bandwidth hungry than the standard RDP), with baked-in cloud syncing of my documents, etc.

          1. I agree with you but all these companies anymore just figure why innovate when i can just piggy back off the competition. Microsoft stick with computer software clearly your phone os isnt working as shown by the awful sales.

          2. LOL! Google is the king of “me too” companies. They throw shit at a wall just to see what sticks. For your information you dumb bastard, Microsoft was in all these products and services before you ever even heard the fucking word Google.

Microsoft despises Google, and so does Apple. It’s why they teamed up to buy Nortel patents.

          3. Who is talking about Google? My comment was only in regard to Microsoft.

btw, the completely unnecessary name-calling really solidifies your uncanny ability to form a cohesive rebuttal to a non-existent argument.

    2. That’s because you are a Microsoft hating Google sycophant. Nobody would expect an asshat like you to buy a Microsoft product, even though it’s far superior.

      1. For the record, all the 5 systems in my house are running Windows 7 64-bit… I’ve been using Microsoft products since MS-Dos… and I’m a .Net programmer…

        Strike 2

  3. +1 for Google

  4. Sounds about right to me!

  5. Wheter that is the case or not, its still illegal to violate copyrights etc.
So if it truely is as Eric says, then he has nothing to fear in court….if he only loses one of those cases in court, he should swallow those same words!!

Innovation is great, but if it comes at the cost of competition then its just wrong.
Even if they are protected by retarded patent systems. Retarded systems aren’t theere to ignore, but to abide and to improve!

    1. In a sane world, I don’t think they have anything to fear… But when Apple can patent a “dark rectangle shape” Something is messed up. “Censored” bars are now infringing on Apples patent of rectangles

  6. Well said Eric

  7. Lucian brings up a thought that I had never considered. Though I can’t see/hope it never happens, what platform would you switch to if Android went belly up? I would like to think I would never switch to apple. Microsoft is not much better in my opinion. That leaves what, WebOS? I probably would wait and see what platform Google throws most of their support behind. I would be devastated. I’ve already moved so much of my digital life into Google realm, it would be a real pain trying to move it somewhere else.

    1. If Android were to go belly up, I think they would throw their support behind WebOS and WebOS would become Android. A lot of what made Android unique would fit right in with WebOS. I would probably go with WP7 if the above didn’t happen though.

    2. Since no one is willing to take on Android directly, it’ll still be out there. I’ll purchase some whatever device from HTC with an unencrypted bootloader and throw on an XDA, Android ROM. Android for life!

    3. It is open source, it would live on through the massive dev community that has been built already. Android aint’ going anywhere.

      The Future is Open.

  8. the issue comes with what the patent office allows to be owned. It is ridiculous of some of the things you can patent. I work with a gentlemen that has the patent on any arrow is software that opens: this it the drop down arrows, the little expand arrows in most menus, and any other arrow/expansion thing you can think of. He gets paid for every single one that is in use in any and all applications. He never has to worry about money.

    1. Agree it is sad judges and the patent office don’t see this and just throw it out right away. But then again its all about the benefits that apple and these other companies throw their way and then anything can go their way. Its sad but that is what this country is turning into to. These companies are like the mob just pay off whoever they need to in order to get what they want.

  9. If Google and HTC lose, we all lose. It’s incredible how Microsoft and Apple are crying right now about patent infringement when they have so graciously stolen technology from others also. Both sound very hypocritical to me. If both of those giant bullies win, it will start an avalanche of lawsuits that will tie our court systems up for years because of the buttons looking the same or widgets being similar to each other.

LCD, LED and 3D tv’s are all similar to each other. LG, Magnavox, Vizio and Sony aren’t suing each other because of 3D technology or LCD screens. To me, for the most part, they all look the same to me.

There are many technologies that are similar to each other. Why is the mobile phone industry so different than any others. Microsofties and Crapple, why don’t you step it up and a little, instead of trying to win the battle with lawsuits instead of technology.

    1. Let’s be honest, Google, like many companies, knew what they were doing. They included the technology in Android in hopes these lawsuits would invalidate them. Unfortunately for Google, they’re new at this game and it’s not working out that way. Now they’re reduced to accusing competitors of not innovating and being jealous and some are complaining that the patent system is broken. Bitching is not going to make Google’s troubles go away. The solution is to start innovating and build up your IP portfolio so you have something to bring to future fights. In meantime, stop stealing other companies IP because you’re putting your manufacturing partners in the sites of the big guns like Apple (the real innovator), Microsoft and Oracle. You played yourself Google!

      1. Apple innovators? More like Buyers of innovators. So called multi touch technology wasn’t even design by them it was brought out by another company. Most of iphone and mac designs and os layouts are direct copies of other competitors but they cover it up with many fancy and simple touches. Microsoft i understand since they been in the business forever but Google is right for stepping up innovation to Microsoft if the patents were actually serious. Microsoft could have sued right when the G1 and Hero was released but nope it just seems like Microsoft is pissed at Google for having the windows of mobile devices. Oracle are just using there platform which is open to sue Google more money, the last update on the case showed that Oracle is just in for getting cash from Google’s success instead of actually defending its patents. While Google should have been safe and got good amount of patents before coming into the game, the increase amount of lawsuits against Android shows that its not really the patents its just the fact that Android is being successful.

        1. While I believe Google is trying to innovate, to be honest the stuff is just not there. It’s half-baked crap at best. Their best efforts just plain fall short. They claim Android does more and include more innovations than iOS, but using it shows how far behind they actually are and expose the subpar user experience. I mean jerkiness during scrolling, long pauses after an action, frequent crasses, etc, on a dual core processor! That’s appalling! Not to mention the growing malware risk. Android is bag of hurt right now. They talk a good game, but fail to deliver on the level of iOS.

Google will be responsible for their own downfall and harm to the consumer.

          1. Okay Troll whatever you say. What dual core devices have jerkiness? Long pauses after an action. I would love to see some video of what you are saying. Sell and marketshare tell us that android OS is doing just fine.

          2. Forget dual core phones. Even single core phones suffer from this. My iPhone 2G has a better browser than my Nexus S. What shitty rebuttal do you have for that?

          3. We can start with whatever Android phone you have.

          4. you sound like a crapple user, go take ytour biased crspple shit outta here bud

          5. Calling him biased? So is everyone else who reads this site you idiot.

But I do find Android fanboys the dumbest of all the fanboys. And the most insecure. Just a bunch of nerd developers with no appreciation of design and UI, living at their parents house with no decent income.

          6. dont worry wakkoman so seem alittle dumb..funny you say that..the dumbest people buy iphones and thats a fact…ok wait i dont want to get in this issue only thing you got,,you and rest of steve b jobs iphones fanboys got or innovated is appstore..and itunes but i care less i dont need it .

          7. Innovation from Google is not there???? LMAO

So like the innovative idea of a Notification Bar is half-baked crap??? Well let me tell son, CrApple just recently stole that idea to use it on their next iOS!!!! It must be okay for CrApple to take other’s ideas but not other companies huh!

            LONG LIVE ANDROID!!!!!

          8. Everything that makes your Android phone an Android phone WAS STOLEN from the iPhone. Now it’s time to pay for their stolen success. It was not of their own making…It was based on the hard work of others. Nothing about Android is innovative.

          9. So what is it that apple innovate? Multitouch? that’s been out there. Gestures? that’s microsoft invention, apple just took the idea and put it in a phone. The apple app store where they take complete control over? (i give you that). What else?

          10. LMAO…Everything!! Grow up foe!!

          11. just shows people who dont know what they are talking about can say anything..wait tell me..nice that lg isnt sueing apple for copying the lg pradas design,by the way was out before iphone

          12. You can’t compare the two OS to one another. Both have different groups targeted. iOS is for people that want something simple and looks nice when its doing it. Android is for people that are accustom to customization and doing whatever you want to the platform. Blaming Android for half baked experience because the hardware, Android is on top of isn’t optimized for it. Android is like Windows, it gives you options but theres going to hardware options that sound nice but horribly implemented due to the manufacturer liking. Google is actually handling this with Ice Cream since it sees that outside tweaks to Android is harming the customer experience. So if want to blame somebody blame the manufacturers(and carriers depending where you are) for using Android and putting out a subpar experience because they want to push there bloatware into customers faces. Malware is a known issues on most open source platforms. But its that much of a problem with free apps that protect your phone and just make sure what apps are you downloading. Its like downloading a mp3 free downloader…..you know thats going to have malware..its just common sense.

Btw look at Android in its development phase before Iphone was ever annouced and you will see who copied who. But Google didnt sue right?

        2. What the fuck has Google ever innovated other than search? Nothing. Picasa and Google Earth were bought, not created at Google. Youtube was bought and then fucked up by Google with ads. Buzz and Wave were massive failures. Google+ is nothing but a “me too” product, trying to piggyback off of Facebook’s innovations. Android is a gigantic pile of shit. Ugly, unintuitive, choppy, laggy, and fragmented to hell and back.

So fuck Google. The day Apple and Microsoft can drive a stake through this sad company’s heart is a day I long for.

          1. I never said they innovated, i said there right for saying that competitors should innovate instead of suing to bring down competition. Btw why are you on this site, if you despise Google so much why arent you on a anti google site and write comments there. You sound more like a troll then a commentator with good insight into the situation thats going on.

Btw Facebook didn’t innovate its just a trend, look what happen after Google+ was released in beta Facebook copies its ideas. Yea innovators right there but you dont see Google suing right? Nope.

      2. Well, the only one that really ‘innovated’ was MS because of a whole new take on mobile O/S.

Apple, not so much. They stopped innovating as soon as the fat cash rolled in, so they’re slapping iO/S on everything. Big Deal.

  10. I have a good feeling that google is going to strike back with a vengeance and fuck these muthas up!

    1. LOL! Don’t make me laugh. Microsoft and Apple are far bigger and far more powerful. Their profits and revenue dwarf Google. All Microsoft would have to do is fuck Google up with Windows. Then it would be lights out Google.

      1. You honestly sound like a kid debating about who would win in a fight between aquaman vs the flash…

      2. Are you seriously suggesting Microsoft start blocking the websites of their competitors in their operating system? They’d get slapped with an antitrust quicker than you can say “WP7 is a flop”

  11. Here are some real happenings which Eric Schmidt dare not deny but trying to escape clarifying to the public:

Eric Schmidt had involved himself in a case in Stanford which regards to the murdering of a U.S. citizen. And he had endangered my life multiple times during his fight with Stanford.

Particularly, on 02/25/2007, Eric Schmidt had sent to me message to threaten my life with the mysterious death of a completely innocent Stanford student named May Zhou (http://www.mayzhou.com a girl of Taiwan origin, U.S. citizen, MIT alumnus and Stanford Ph.D. student), “You see May Zhou, if…, May Zhou is an Asian, police may not even find out who did it, what if it happened to you?”

U.S. authorities investigation suggests it is powers on Eric Schmidt’s side who’s behind MayZhou’s murder case, and Eric Schmidt had a role in this plotted murder case about May Zhou. There are still conspiracies behind the scene which no one dare clarify at authorities, and Eric Schmidt’s side had endangered my life multiple times during his fight with Stanford since then, and Eric Schmidt’s side almost took an action to take my life while I was around Montain View, the only reason they didn’t make it reality is because they are closely watched by securities.

By the way, though Police initially ruled May Zhou’s death as a suicide case, most people, including those who know May Zhou before her death, seriously doubt it. In Feburary 2011, I have informed investigators with key points, which after authorities’ investigation had produced undeniable supporting evidence that May Zhou’s case is a plotted murder but not a suicide.

Eric Schmidt get himself involved into crimes regards to people’s lives, but he didn’t pay for his crime.

    2. wtf? if he did “endanger you life” like you said you have come balls for coming to a site like this and trying to call him out. Smart move genius. smh Also you only posted that crap to get people to visit your site.

      1. Last year, I filed a complain at California State Bar Court [INTAKE] against an officer who collaterated with a criminal suspect, whom Eric Schmidt backed up, to conspire me with her legal power. During the court legal process, the suspect side (Eric Schmidt’s side) passed me words: “if they can’t win the case at judicial authorities, they could take my life as easy as getting rid of a bug.” This threatening message was well documented in court file, and it is a solid proof that Eric Schmidt’s side has the power to disregard authority power of California judicial system.

Yes, Eric Schmidt and powers behind him had Eric Schmidt’s side almost took an action to take my life while I was around Montain View, California, the only reason they didn’t make it reality is because they are closely watched by securities. Eric Schmidt dare not deny anything I posted on the web about him, but trying to pretend not seeing while losing his face publicly. He is not as innocent as he looks.

      2. >>Also you only posted that crap to get people to visit your site.
I am risking my safty to bring the case to the public in an effort to
pressure the case to be clarified to the public, crimes not only against me, but also against many innocent people.

        1. Alright whatever you said. You hitting the bong a little too much you are paranoid. I mean all you have are some pictures that dont look like anyone kicked you it looks like you ran into something or fell on something. Please take your spam somewhere else.

          1. Chris125,
Police wrote in the report that those body injuries are consistent with being kicked and the criminal suspect Gabriele Scheler had confessed her heavy kicks on me during the police investigation which is also written in the police report.

          2. and that has what to do with schmidt? So some other girl kicked you yet you say schmidt made threats against you? go take it to jerry springer thats where your story belongs.

          3. Chris125,
Those injuries on my body proves how cruel this sick lady is. A well educated lady would never beat another person like that. This suspect lady is so vile that she had even extorted Stanford even though she committed crimes on Stanford campus in the first place. However, that’s really small issues when we talk about Eric Schmidt’s involvement into this case. Eric Schmidt’s involvement had gone to the length to endanger people’s lives and he needs to pay for his crimes.

          4. if you sexually assaulted her then yes a scholarly lady would do that. You are sick and need to go somewhere else what does coming on here going to do for you? Either take it up with the authorities or gtfo. you probably are just trying to be like these companies and get some money. Please google will run you into the ground and all you will do is waste your very limited income. Good idea going after a billion dollar company for what you say he supported. Good like trying to get that to stand up in court. SMH

          5. >>>and that has what to do with schmidt?
Eric Schmidt had abused google resources to financially and politically supported this criminal suspect lady’s (she’s from Germany) false accusation of ‘sexual assault’ on me, which had molested many years of my life. He had also supported another German scholar named Sebastian Thrun in Stanford who had retaliated on me for sake of that suspect German lady, and Eric Schmidt had threatened my life with Stanford student May Zhou’s mysterious death for sake of Thrun. I bet Eric Schmidt had German origin as well.

          6. yes because german people are ‘bad’ ??? really wth are you on, lol.

        2. Maybe you should spend more time bringing up these “allegations” of yours with the proper authorities instead of trying to gather support on message boards?

          1. Abel G, thank you for your comment. I have reported to authorities as you can see a police case number here. But even at authorities, there are powers on Eric Schmidt’s side that could easily cover him up. I bring the case to public to help authorities pressure the case going forward.

          2. so eric schmidt did nothing to you yet you are trying to accuse him of something? I would watch out keep spreading rumors and you are likely to end up with a libel suit against you.

          3. >>>yes because german people are ‘bad’ ??? really wth are you on, lol.
            ===============
I wouldn’t say other German people I haven’t met bad. But for these two, Gabriele Scheler, Sebastian Thrun, they are the most vile and irrational peoeple I’ve ever met. Eric Schmidt backed up these two German scholars’ crimes on me I bet partly because he had German origin as well. and each time Schmidt had setback in the U.S. , he would go to Germany to draw power of the entire German nation to backup crimes from these two German scholars’s crimes.

    3. paranoid schizophrenic with delusions of grandeur and persecution syndrome?

      http://medical-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/delusion+of+grandeur

      1. Easy, John, personal attacking me wouldn’t excuse Eric Schmidt of his crimes. He dare not deny anything I posted about him but trying to pretend not seeing while losing his face publicly.

Eric Schmidt is not as innocent as he looks.

        1. delusion of grandeur , grandiose delusion – delusional conviction of one’s own importance, power, or knowledge or that one is, or has a special relationship with, a deity or a famous person.

delusion of persecution – a delusion that one is being attacked, harassed, persecuted, cheated, or conspired against.

          1. John,
I have the patience to correct your continued personal attack on me.

But that would not clarify the case or excuse Eric Schmidt of his involvement into these crimes.

Easy, be nice and calm down.

          2. i am not personally attacking you. however i do think that you are suffering from delusions and probably need to get some mental help. you remind me of the people who think they are being “gang stalked” by the “perps” because they are “TIs” aka “targeted individuals”. here is a poor lady who has posted her “evidence” on youtube –

            http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4j1LY4R4enI

i only recently learned of this psychological phenomenon. it’s fascinating – but disturbing –

please consider seeing a mental health professional.

        John,

There are real names, dates, photos, and details of what’s happening in my posters, along with a police case number. Other than suggesting me having mental health problem, can you deny anything I said? If Eric Schmidt dare not, what’s your question?

  13. man you guys get a lot of spam… you need to start clearing that crap up or the comments section just become a joke

    1. Totally agree. I personally wrote only 1 post on the forum, paying much more attention to the comments, and now it’s becoming a deterrent factor.

      1. i actually read mostly Engadget now. Phandroid seems to run about the same stories as them, but Engadget gets them sooner, and the spam is tucked away unless you want to read it.

        1. I would like to read engadget but the comments section always become overrun with fanboys that make the comment section a battle

  14. Patent law is why we can’t all have nice things.

    1. Strange! Patent law has kept consumers from having nice things. Of course you’re a Google fanboy, so what would you know about nice things.

      1. Someone needs a hug.

  15. google is a much younger company than apple or M$ so their inadequate patent portfolio is really going to hurt android in the long run. Dont be mad at apple, be mad at us patent law. They are just working within the system. I could easily see all these patent issues making for a very tough path for android in the future

    1. This is no new thing…I am sure google knew going in about patents so I dont think that patents will hurt them as much as you think

  16. Apple is poised to be the #1 Company in the World, already the #1 Tech company, yet when it comes to innovation, they pretty much stalled years ago. I love Google because they are always coming out with new products, whether they succeed or fail, they are full of ideas and ALL OF THEM have been good (popular and good are two different things. Just look at Twitter). Google will be fine in the long run.

    1. They stalled years ago? LOL

They still are the industry leaders in laptop hardware with the MBP.

Only a beast lady would beat another person to that shape. I neither assaulted that suspect lady Gabriele Scheler, nor sexually assaulted her. Those who supported her false accusations dare never let me know their real identity or confront me to clarify such accusation. I did push her down on the floor in self-defense after she caused all the injuries on my body and that’s how I end her atrocity on me. Scheler had confessed these details to police. Look, if I wanted to sexual assault her while I am more powerful than her, would I allow her to leave so many bloody marks on my body at all? Plus, she had confessed her atrocities on my body which is clearly written in the police report. She must have changed her testimony at later dates to false accuse me for sexual assault, but she dare never let me know details of her testimony and evidence. I have challenged her all the time for confrontation, she never dare. I therefore have to post my testimony and evidence on the web to publicly challenge her. She accused me for sexual assault to cover up her cold-blooded atrocity on my body, but no police officer would believe in her. Police concluded Scheler is a suspect while I am a victim in this case after serious investitation. Gabriele Scheler’s crime is the origin of Sebastian Thrun and Eric Schmidt’s crimes. If Scheler could not be brought to justice, or even have this case clarified after these many years, under so clear evidence, I’d say it’s really a stigma in the legal system.

About money, it’s really secondary in this case when it regards to people’s lives. Eric Schmidt’s side had monitored my bank accounts and underhandedly cut off all of my legal financial resources, which had caused severe financial hardship on me. I never monitor his bank account though. Again, in this case, money issues is really secondary, and that’s why without income, I could still defeat this anti-humanity billionair Eric Schmidt at authorities and got him removed from his CEO position.

    1. a typo:

Eric Schmidt should pay for his crime is the priority in this case, otherwise, it’ll be an unfair treatment to the average U.S. citizens.

    >>>>so eric schmidt did nothing to you yet you are trying to accuse him of something? I would watch out keep spreading rumors and you are likely to end up with a libel suit against you.
    =================================================================
    Chris125,

You didn’t read my posters carefully. Eric Schmidt had threatened my life with the mysterious death of Stanford student May Zhou. Schmidt had for many years abused his google power to support crimes from Gabriele Scheler and Sebastian Thrun, not only against me, but also against innocent Stanford people.

For details, please pay attention to comments part in the following linkto find out what’s going on in Eric Schmidt’s case

    http://thehill.com/blogs/hillicon-valley/technology/170467-google-chairman-eric-schmidt-agrees-to-testify-at-?page=1#comments

Here are some interesting discussions about Eric’s crime in the murder case: http://tysurl.com/UsZz7b

I have posted these issues on the web for months and Eric Schmidt knew it well, and I won’t stop until he pays for his crimes. You don’t have to pretend he didn’t know.

    >>>if you sexually assaulted her then yes a scholarly lady would do that. You are sick and need to go somewhere

else what does coming on here going to do for you? Either take it up with the authorities or gtfo. you probably are

just trying to be like these companies and get some money. Please google will run you into the ground and all you

will do is waste your very limited income. Good idea going after a billion dollar company for what you say he

supported. Good like trying to get that to stand up in court. SMH
    ======================================================================
Only a beast lady would beat another person to that shape. I neither assaulted that suspect lady Gabriele Scheler,

nor sexually assaulted her. Those who supported her false accusations dare never let me know their real identity or

confront me to clarify such accusation. I did push her down on the floor in self-defense after she caused all the

injuries on my body and that’s how I end her atrocity on me. Scheler had confessed these details to police. Look,

if I wanted to sexual assault her while I am more powerful than her, would I allow her to leave so many bloody

marks on my body at all? Plus, she had confessed her atrocities on my body which is clearly written in the police

report. She must have changed her testimony at later dates to false accuse me for sexual assault, but she dare

never let me know details of her testimony and evidence. I have challenged her all the time for confrontation, she

never dare. I therefore have to post my testimony and evidence on the web to publicly challenge her. She accused me

for sexual assault to cover up her cold-blooded atrocity on my body, but no police officer would believe in her.

Police concluded Scheler is a suspect while I am a victim in this case after serious investitation. Gabriele

Scheler’s crime is the origin of Sebastian Thrun and Eric Schmidt’s crimes. If Scheler could not be brought to

justice, or even have this case clarified after these many years, under so clear evidence, I’d say it’s really a

    stigma in the legal system.

About money, it’s really secondary in this case when it regards to people’s lives. Eric Schmidt’s side had

monitored my bank accounts and underhandedly cut off all of my legal financial resources, which had caused severe

financial hardship on me. I never monitor his bank account though. Again, in this case, money issues is really

secondary, and that’s why without income, I could still defeat this anti-humanity billionair Eric Schmidt at

authorities and got him removed from his CEO position.

  20. I think people need a history lesson. Apple stole the Mac UI from the Xerox Star Workstation which was on display at a Trade show that both Steve Jobs and I attended at the Hilton Hotel in NYC many moons ago. So we now have a case of the Pot calling the Kettle black.

    1. Um, at least get your facts straight…. They (Apple) licensed everything from XEROX PARC. Yes, the saw it at PARC (NOT a trade show) in 1979 on a very slow, underpowered machine and thought it was a great idea. However, they stole nothing. The one thing that did happen is that XEROX PARC traded their ideas because they no idea how to implement them to Apple for 100,000 shares at $10 a piece pre IPO. (BTW those 100,000 shares split into 800,000 shares by time Apple went public, and were worth $17.8 million.) Apple got it for cheap partly due to XEROX thought it had little to no real value to their main business (copy machines).

  21. @chris125 & @John

Go to tell Eric Schmidt that if he wants to be a public figure, he needs to clarify his roles in these crimes to the public and he should pay for his crime.

  22. anyone else think pete_cao is either: A) insane or B) an attention whore

  23. What most of you fanboys also fail to realize was that Schmidt was on board for Apple as they were developing the iPhone and later took that information to help Google start creating Android as we know it today.

    You call that innovation? lollerskates

    1. you moron android was already running before that you dipshit fanboy..braindead to be honest

      1. LMAO. You calling me a moron? Look at what Android looked like before Google bought it and before the iPhone was released.

Since you’re probably too stupid to find it, let me show you: http://blogs.pcworld.com/staffblog/archives/TI%20Android%20prototype.jpg

Do I need to point out to you how it looks like the Blackberry OS? Calling me braindead? That’s rich. You probably have never made more than $1000 in your lifetime. Go do something productive and help the world progress. You’re holding us back too much as it is.

  24. And if Android was under development while Apple was creating the iPhone, and it looked similar to the iPhone’s style without them knowing about the iPhone, Google still wasn’t innovative enough to release it first into the market and take the chance. Face it fandroids. Think critically for once. I know this is hard for you unemployed programmers, but it is possible.

  25. Peter Cao,

You’re one terrible person. I hope you’ve been banned by now.

    1. I don’t play with weapons, I never threaten other people’s lives but being threatened by Eric Schmidt’s side. I only speak facts to the public. Those who feel terrorized are the ones who committed crimes. Banning me wouldn’t excuse their crimes and it wouldn’t make me compromise at all; Taking away my freedom of speech means those who committed such crimes really feared of my speech to the public, but doing so would only aggravate their crimes.

I am fighting against crimes from Eric Schmidt, Gabriele Scheler and Sebastian Thrun’s side, crimes that took away my basic rights of living as a human being, crimes that took away that innocent girl May Zhou’s life. I tried to crash these criminals, but there are malicious officers who chose to stand on the criminal’s side and try to crash me though I am a powerless victim. I am closely being watched by those who committed crimes on me and they together applied numerous conspiracies to threaten my life, cut off my financial resources, make me no relatives no friends to believe in for many years, and for a while, make me homeless as well, etc. However, nothing of my sufferings from their crimes would make me compromise a bit with those who committed crimes.

Fortunately, my survivalbility outrunned their capability of believing, that I do survived out of all of their crimes these many years, so that today I still have a chance to bring the case to the public. They fear me because they fear the power of public; because the justice is clearly in mind of public; and that the public would clearly see through facts in my posters that Eric Schmidt, Gabriele Scheler and Sebastian Thrun’s side had committed crimes which are against the basic principles of humanity; The public would not compromise a bit either when such crimes from Schmidt, Scheler and Thrun’s side had endangered human lives, and the public would also feel it a necessity to have Eric Schmidt, Gabriele Scheler and Sebastian Thrun bring to justice.

  26. all i know if android did go belly upp….say hello to basic phone service..i will never buy an crapple phone ever..and not even a ms phone.
