First up, the Acer Iconia Tab A500 8GB edition is still coming to Walmart for a low $350, but as you know its progress has likely been stalled due to the advent of Android 3.2, a version of Android that adds native support for 7 inch devices. You could probably walk into your Walmart right now and find one on display, but don’t expect them to be able to sell anything to you. Secondly, the humor – the 8 inch Vizio tablet Walmart’s selling somehow has Android 2.2 “Gingerbread”. Yea, we’re not sure how that one happened, either, but we sure are eager to find out. [Thanks Mark!]
