Yahoo Introduces An App To Help You Find More Apps – AppSpot

12

To say there’s an app for just about everything might be a bit of an overstatement. But have you ever wanted an app to help you find more apps? I think Android is at somewhere around 100,00o apps in their Market and its may not always be easy finding the “good apps” or even apps that are right for you.

Well, today Yahoo has introduced AppSpot to help remedy that situation. AppSpot is an app for Android and iOS that will help people find apps with personalized app suggestions tailor suited to their interests. Appspot will even goes as far as suggesting apps based on the apps you already have installed on your device.

Seems like everyone wants their piece of the app pie these days with custom app-markets from carriers like T-Mobile or sites like Amazon. If you guys have a chance to check it out leave your feedback down below.

  8. Region restricting apps such as this is getting pretty tiresome.

  9. I was going to download this app, because there are work arounds to the restrictions, but since I’m not from the US, I guess it’s not meant for me, so I will leave the app right there in the market until it’s meant for ALL android users

This is the way we must deal with more issue like this……..

  10. Haha, Yahoo offering an app for suggestions of Google’s apps makes me picture Burger King offering suggestions for McDonald’s menu.
