There Were Over 100 Tablets Unveiled at CES, Over 40 or More Were Android-based

by Quentyn Kennemer on January 24th, 2011 at 12:48 pm

A fun fact just came out of CEA’s director of research Shawn DuBravac’s office: there were more than 100 tablets on display at CES. I counted how many of those were Android, and came up with 46. The reason I believe there was even more than that is because I ran into a couple of new tablets that this list doesn’t feature. (But those folks do R&D work for OEMs, so I guess they aren’t being counted here.) Head on over to DuBravac’s site for the full breakdown of who brought what to the table. [via BGR]

Now if only there was one that could compete with the iPad in both specs AND price.
