Creative tipped us off to their plans of bringing an Android-powered tablet device earlier this month, but that was a 3.2-inch PMP. We think its bigger brother has just hit the FCC. The 7-inch device – named the ZiiO – will have a WVGA display, 8GB and 16GB configurations with the ability to expand capacity by 32GB using a microSD card, a front-facing VGA camera (but no rear-facing camera, oddly enough), WiFi, Bluetooth, and a ZiiLABS HD application processor which we can’t get an idea of how good it may perform.
