Logitech: Revue Late? Here’s a $25 Gift Code

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again: Logitech “gets” customer service and satisfaction. Having bought several products over the years from them – some of which eventually end up going screwy – I can vouch for their dedication to customer satisfaction. (I had a gaming mouse from them that broke, and despite being a year and a half past warranty, they replaced it with a newer model with no hassle.)

But you Logitech Revue purchasers are about to experience the same: if your shipment is even a day late, they’ll give you $25 to spend on anything from their online store. They also say they’ll waive shipping costs on your order, but I’m not sure if this applies to the Revue or whatever you buy with the gift code. Looks like you just got a nice discount on that camera or controller that goes with the Revue, no?

The "Google Phone" sounded too awesome to pass up, so I bought a G1. The rest is history. And yes, I know my name isn't Wilson.

  1. Wow I hope this is only for Logitech customers. The delay that is. Dishnetwork finally went live and I got mine ordered yesterday. Free 2nd Day Shipping, I should have it monday.

  2. I’ve had a different opinion of Logitech’s customer service. I once had two of their mice die on me within a week of each other. Neither were but 6 months old. One also had finish problems with the rubber coating coming almost totally off. The other always had connection problems. I sent both back to Logitech because I believed they should know about their quality control issues. I got nothing in return to acknowledge anything. No letter, no email, nothing. Heck, I once found a big hunk of metal in a cereal box and sent that back to General Mills and they very quickly mailed me back and even sent me coupons for several free items. I wasn’t looking for something free from Logitech, I always purchased their mice and this was the first time I had a problem. But what about even an acknowledgement?

  3. I agree it’s hard to top Logitech’s customer service. I had my Harmony One remote go bad and it was replaced within warranty. Logitech even sent me the new one first, and gave me a shipping label to return the bad remote. I was 6 months past my warranty on my wireless keyboard and mouse and did have to pay S&H to ship to bad equipment back, but received a brand new one as a replacement.

  4. I am not sure how I will get benifited by purchasing google tv.The only feature I am getting additional is web browser. Other than that, I get the same on Roku, samsung TV with apps.
