Financial Times, GameLoft Bringing Exclusive Content to Samsung Galaxy Tab

Samsung has no shortage of announcements leading into the launch of the Galaxy Tab. Today, we’ve learned that they’re teaming up with industry news outlet Financial Times to bring their first Android and HTML5-based app to the tablet. Financial Times – like several other industry outlets – require users to pay for a membership to access their content, but it wasn’t said if users of the Tab would need to sign up in order to gain access.

They’ve also announced that GameLoft is working on two launch titles exclusively for the Tab with more on the way. We assume you’ll have to pay for these after a brief trial period. Finally, WHSmith is bringing out an eBook app that’ll be optimized for the 7-inch tablet. Doesn’t sound too bad to me.
