LG Holding a Digital Press Conference for their Latest Line of Optimus Products

4

September 14th just got circled on my calendar: LG’s holding a digital press conference for their latest smartphones – namely ones donning the Optimus name – and will be on hand to take questions afterward. We can at least confirm one device will be getting some shine throughout the half-hour event: what looks to be the Optimus One lurks in the shadows on the invitation. It’s possible that this could also be the Optimus Pad floating about, but it’s hard to tell from this picture alone.

Perhaps a few other devices will be announced, unveiled, priced, or dated as well, but we’re not expecting much as the conference only lasts 30 minutes. That gives us room to be pleasantly surprised if they do have more to bring to the table.

The "Google Phone" sounded too awesome to pass up, so I bought a G1. The rest is history. And yes, I know my name isn't Wilson.

  1. I hope they bring out a 4 – 4.3″ Android phone with the Tegra 2.

  2. Same here… LG churn out something “BIG” (4.3~5 inch?)

  3. 4″ screen sounds good, I just want that Tegra 2 SoC.

  4. yeah it would be great if LG can get in the Android game in a big way.
