Samsung Epic 4G User Manual Now Available

7

If you’re weird like me and you like to satisfy your phone cravings with a nice read of a device’s user manual (and if the specific phone you’re looking forward to is the Samsung Epic 4G), then the manual is available now in digital form (.pdf) straight from Samsung. While you might think you know as much as you need to know about the phone, it’s not uncommon to find a few treats scattered about that you may not have been aware of, so go ahead and take a peek whenever you find the time.

The "Google Phone" sounded too awesome to pass up, so I bought a G1. The rest is history. And yes, I know my name isn't Wilson.

  1. I always thought this was like a cars owners manual..People actually read these? haha

  2. I have a badass 2010 TRD Toyota Tundra with a 5.7 L v8 and 6 ” lift and 35′ AT tires. Your damn right I read the manual, this truck does things I never imagined or would have known about. A phone manual, a lil different, more for mom and dad.

  3. For those familiar with Android already, this may be unneeded; however, there’s new users showing up more than ever & this would be super beneficial to them. Not to mention all the custom UIs.

  4. Hmm. Very interesting indeed! Thanks for sharing this! I already have my Epic preordered, but I see from this quite a few features available in the Epic that are not available in my 2.2 Android on the classic Moto Droid. Very interesting since you’d think most features would be from the OS. Can’t wait to get my Epic! :)

  5. When the Epic gets to low battery, it doesn’t let you open your media or listen to your music. Is there a way to turn that feature off?

  6. How do I get my “phone vibrate” to stay on? It keeps turning off. I am a Deaf person and depends on the vibration for knowing when the SMS comes in.

  7. If the manual consists only of the four paragraphs shown, this is not a manual and would not help anyone. If I pay
$500.00 for a phone, I would like to know more about it.
