By Germany’s receiving the Samsung Galaxy 3 i5800 (the very similar cousin to the Apollo), they’ve announced today. Expected to land before the end of the month, the device ships with Android 2.1 with TouchWiz 3.0, a 3.2-megapixel camera, aGPS, WiFi up to N, Bluetooth 3.0, a 3.2-inch capacitive touchscreen, up to 32GB of storage via microSD card, and more.
It won’t be subsidized at this point, unfortunately, so German buyers will have to pony up 299 euros to take this device home with them.

The bottom of the phone look ugly but the rest of it looks awesome
I would be careful buying from Samsung. The Spica (i5700) is not that old, but it has a broken graphics driver (does not use the GPU) that turns 3d games into a slideshow. Samsung knows about it, but has not even announced a fix yet. Still they run fake ads showing it playing games smoothly.
Very disappointing.
Samsung has good concepts but the execution is horrible.
Der Akku gehört mit 1500 mAh zu den stärksten seiner Klasse. Selbst das Superphone Galaxy S hat keinen besseren, obwohl die Technik anspruchsvoller ist und mehr Strom verbraucht. Das Galaxy 3 dürfte bei normaler Nutzung locker mehrere Tage ohne Steckdose auskommen.
