Galaxy S Gets Into More Than 300,000 Hands in Korea

The Korean Samsung Galaxy S (being soled exclusively with SK Telecom) has been a huge success. We just reported the recently-crossed milestone of SKT selling 200,000 units (which considers the phone a hit), and now – in just another few short days – it’s surpassed 300,000 units sold.

The Galaxy S has been out in the country for just under three weeks. For contrast and comparison, it can sometime takes months for certain devices to reach this level of adoption.
