By I can’t say that I’m the most easily frightened person in the world, but there’s something about a robotic eye that glows blood-red and stares at me all day that doesn’t sit too well with me. Droid-Lifecaught wind of a video which shows Verizon’s exclusive Motorola Droid X live wallpaper, and it is creepy. It’s as simple as that, and I’m going to stop writing here because I don’t want to stare into its mechanical pupil any longer than I absolutely need to.

That is epic. The first thing I usually do when I get a new device is customize the appearance, but I think I’ll keep that for a while.
Sure is creepy, but I love that effect. Sure wish the Incredible had a Droid-eye live wallpaper preinstalled.

it would cool if the eye interacted with your touch to the screen. aka looked in the direction of your touch.
I think it would be cooler if it used a front facing camera and facial recognition to look at you where ever you are!

It didn’t really do anything to be creeper out about…to me. Hopefully it does more then just sit in place very slightly moving. Still love this phone though and hope they get them back in stock after they fly out of stock. Probably ganna out sell D2
I Think it would be worse if it started to move around, as if the robot was trying to escape :S
I have a feeling all kinds of people are going to buy the X and not even think about the droid 2 unless they launch at the same time. It might be smarter to launch both phones at the same time IMO
