By Tech geeks almost always have their favorite flavors of tech, and for the folks at QRgirls.com – it is QR codes. Not sure what a QR Code is? Read here. If you do, you’re probably seeing them in more and more places and people like you and me are thankful. They’re incredibly helpful for the mobile phone toting tech geek and their proliferation will do the world (or at least you and I) a lot of good. That’s the overall goal QRGirls intends to accomplish: add some creativity and sex appeal to raise awareness for the technology.
The concept is pretty obvious: think the girl is hot? Want to peek where the QR Code don’t shine? Grab your phone, scan the code, and you’ll get to see the full picture of that girl in all her sexy hotness.
The site clearly indicates that it contains no nudity and models are in lingerie and swimsuits, but I used the NSFW tag to be safe rather than sorry. All-in-all I believe the concept of this site is smart, creative, hilarious and altogether awesome. Great work – I hope this post catches some attention and pushes the QR awareness a bit further. I think we’ll start to see QR codes more and more… in fact, I know so.
they should integrate this technology into the new upcoming HTC Jizz

I make the assumption if it caught on people will be “Scanning here to see price” ect.
Think of this application on social networking websites with smartphone interfaces as well. Scan to add the profile to your “Favorites” on the mobile device and to allow for contacting, etc.
I was wondering when QR codes would pick up in popularity on this side of the pond.
Perhaps a true NSFW with complete nudity will be released as a paid app? One can only hope…
