These guys already know more about the devices then HTC customer support do (check out HTC twitter poll). Most Magic users (including myself) are still stuck on vanilla 1.5 android. Google has released Android 2.0, and HTC is working on 2.1 with Sense, yet only for Heroes. All Magic 32A users are ignored and have to run custom ROM's to get the same featurers as Hero users.
