Their customer service is horrible. I bought a phone from them and for a week they kept telling me that they will ship it the next day. After getting annoyed with all the lies, I called them and ask them to tell me the real story, they came back and told me they will ship it after another week. Suffice to say I cancelled the order and placed it with another vendor. I suggest that no one buys from expansys. Their customer service is horrible.
