Could they have been told to act dumb? They have to know something. Even if they get there info from Phandroid.com. They just completely deny it or are oblivious to it. I got my 3rd phone call from Best Buy that my phone is ready for a "new every two" upgrade. I have no clue how or why VZW would share that with them. Regardless, I was at BB the other day. I asked the guy when the next "best" phones are due out. He said they are waiting impatiently for the Storm II. I responded that I was looking for a good phone, not a crapberry. The BB VZW "Expert" didn't even know about the Android operating system. This is too funny. I got my 3rd phone call from Best Buy that my phone is ready for a “new every two” upgrade.
