11:44 – wow it is embarrassing how far behind I am! I just finished writing up a post about MyTouch 3G Accessories and now I’m headed downstairs to check out the phone.

11:34 – 100% You will have a HUGE advertising campaign that will launch in August. Silent on details of TV/Print and Online but it IS coming.

11:31 – “Skin It” is creating the custom shells for the phone. They first partnered with T-Mobile for the Sidekick.

11:28 – DIRECT BILL options, making it “frictionless” to purchase stuff from the App Market. It won’t REPLACE existing options just add another option. Pretty sweet!

11:26 – sorry this is slow I’m doing 23542332 things at once! We’re about to hear some new apps that come with MyTouch.

11:21 – showing a musician using Qik who also Tweets stuff about his band using MyTouch. They get a Facebook and ringtone reference in while saying “The iPhone Can’t Do That”… can’t marketers stop comparing their device to the iPhone? It’s going the wrong direction if you ask me. You want to differentiate but mentioning iPhone only makes you compare directly and brings out the similarities. (If you ask me)

11:17 – We’re seeing a promo video – “MyTouch – 100% You” is the slogan

11:16 – BTW I’m recording this on video and will post it as soon as I can afterwards!

11:15 – “MyTouch 3G is the first real big bet we’re making on Android for 2009” and they say more Android devices will come this  year.
