Phandroid LIVE From London!

We’ve been a tad bit slow/late on the news the past 24 hours and that is because we’ve been in-transit from the US to UK and we’re now safely touched down in London, England with plenty of jetlag to go around. We’re a few days early for the Big HTC Announcement and you can be sure we’ll provide with all the awesome coverage we can as Android anticipation is peaking.
And about an hour after we got into our hotel room… guess what happened? We got a package!
That last item was a discount on concierge services… no android unveiling in THIS box… looks like we’ll have to wait until Wednesday! Make sure you stay tuned to Phandroid because we’ll have pictures. We’ll have video. We’ll have live blog. We’ll have everything we can bring you.
Sorry for the tease above – we were teased too but we have to admit HTC was pretty thoughtful to put this little package together. Gadget lovers should know its all about the details, right?
Just to share a moment of delightful randomness: from the airport to the hotel traffic was BAD. My driver and I both sighed when a policeman jumped out of the street near Buckingham palace to stop traffic for… pedestrians? Nope – changing of the guard and I had an accidental front row seat!

just a little info, if you google “htc hero” aroudn 5 hits down you get the htc official website link, with a brief description.
Although upon clicking the link takes you to the product page =(
Maybe thats even more indication that its launching today
