		<description>It&#039;s simple Dave, you just put your ATT sim card into the phone and you&#039;re good to go. If you should choose to add the data package, you give them the phone&#039;s IMEI number and they add it to the network for data. Usually though, the ones purchased from the store require the phone to be added to the network to even let you into the menu to make calls.</description>

		<description>I am interested in the idea that they can use this on &quot;any carrier&quot;...how?  If I go to AT&amp;T and get a sim card and a voice plan, how does that work?  I am just using this as an example.  Interested for interest&#039;s sake.</description>
