I seriously doubt they will design a phone from scratch, if they already have the tech, Android has the OS with the basic apps and the market, why are they taking so long (all manufacturers actually) to deliver an Androidphone? Writing drivers for Androind takes a year and a half to 50/80 massively brained engineers?</description>
