I communicated with Mr Gold and he replied back stating that he has no information from either Symbian, Nokia, or Google regarding this predicted merger, but its simply a prediction as I posted today at http://www.googleandblog.com/symroid-android-symbian-made-in-heaven/337/

I would like this to happen but feel Android would need to prove itself first and what would really interest Nokia is if Android does dominate the China market in the coming years.

I suppose it's a valid point. If it's not a real word you can spell it how you like. So then sike is a perfectly cromulent way to spell it.

I beg to differ:
http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=sike

It's slang. That would be like correcting someone typing "pwned" or "l33t h4ck3rs" and saying, "It's actually owned and elite hackers". Its meant to be spelled improperly because its a completely different word.

If you played playground basketball there is a game that pretty much everyone plays. Some call it 21. Some call it 50. Some call it something else. Its pretty much the same thing with different variations.

To me... psych and sike are two very different things. I'd be interested to know if others feel the same way or if I'm in the minority with this viewpoint. By the way, I think age and geographic location (and the combo) have something to do with how you perceive this issue.

So... ???
